Training

Boot Camp:

Boot Camp will be one of the factors determining who will get promoted, and who won't. It is a series of tests that prove who is the best of the best. Bootcamp will be held every Saturday, and Sunday at 12am. It will be consisted of two teams of four. One of these teams will be consisting of four members who have already passed Boot Camp. The other will be four members who have not. Teamwork and Communication are a vital part in your success depends on it. There will be a series of three events. The first to two wins will determine who wins. The three events will be chosen randomly by me, and if you beat Team 1, the four that have passed, all of Team 2 automatically gets promoted. If not, then there will be a team vote at the end of Boot Camp asking who had the best performance on your team. Whoever gets the popular vote will be promoted. Promotions from Boot Camp only go as far as Sergeant. After each Boot Camp, I will post the Boot Camp results on the forums the next day.

 BRT:

BRT stands for Battle Rifle Training. It will be a mandatory event in which, we as a clan, train with the Battle Rifle. I will have the Forge Team make training maps in which we train on. It can be held by anyone in the clan at any time when there is at least three other clan members in your party. BRT also includes, other than the BRT maps, the MLG playlist, and the Team SWAT playlist.

Code of Conduct

Loyalty & Participation

Double Duty is prohibited. In otherwords, since you are apart of The U.M.A., you may not be apart of any other clans. Each member is expected to stay active in the forums and clan events. If you need time off, you may ask for an leave of absence.

Respect

Each member is expected to treat their fellow U.M.A. members with respect. Treating others with disrespect will result in punishments. Treat your opponets with respect, even if they do not treat you with respect. You are expected to be mature, and disrespect is a sign of immaturity. Treat your Officers with your utmost respect and give them your full attention. You are expected and required to address each individual with the proper rank/title.

Cursing/Swearing & Grammar

Cursing and swearing is not considered impressive. It is immature, keep it to a minimum. We would appreciate it if you used correct grammar and English in your typing. Although it is not required, we would appreciate it greatly.

Cheating, Glitching, and Modding

Cheating, glitching, and modding is prohibited in matchmade games and clan events. It is not prohibited in custom games, but is not encouraged.

Be patient 

You will earn your spot here in time, do not become impatient, for it will not get you anywhere. Do not ask for promotions, if any officer feels you deserve one, they will consult me.
